Feng Shui has to do with the balancing of energies in a home or office. Where you decide to put a wall clock can have a big influence on the feng shui of both the room it is in, and even of that of the entire house. While it isn't considered bad feng shui to have a clock on the wall in your house, where you put it does matter. In addition, the type of clock you have can affect the feng shui of your home or office as well. Here is a guide to help you choose a good location for your clock.

Good places to put wall clocks are the dining room and the kitchen. The kitchen is a place of action and activity, and a clock is handy in keeping track of time for cooking and leaving the house on time. Many people choose to put a large wall clock in the living room. Although this isn't really bad feng shui, having a clock in the room where you do relaxing things can disturb the tranquility a little. Glancing up at the clock on the wall can make you think of all the things you need to get done. It depends upon what kind of person you are. If you are a procrastinator and spend too much time watching TV, a clock will remind you to get up and do something else. On the other hand, if you are a work-a-holic, you might not be able to truly settle down and relax with a clock on the wall. A simple solution might be to put it on the wall behind the couch or TV.

It is considered bad feng shui to put a clock at the entrance to your house, so guests see it right away when they walk in the door. You want to make your home feel welcoming, and a clock will set an imposing tone, especially if guests are a few minutes late. Another bad location to put a wall clock is in the bedroom. In addition to disturbing your relaxation, in the silence of the night you can usually hear the "tick tock tick tock" of a clock and it can have a negative impact on your sleep. Use a small battery powered alarm clock instead.

For the office, a wall clock is the norm. It is good feng shui, and will help to keep your work pace on schedule. Choose a clock that fits well with the interior design of your office. Many office settings are very bland with no distinguishable decorations, so a unique, decorative wall clock will brighten things up a bit.

Chad Damon has a guide to finding the best Large Wall Clock. For a unique and different look, choose large round wall clocks that will add to the theme of the room.

Where can i buy a backwards wall clock?

I want a wall clock that basically runs backwards. There are hundreds of clocks that have the numbers on in reverse but this is NOT what I want. I want an ordinary wall clock but with the second, minute and hour hands all moving left. As in backwards. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

http://www.thebackwardsclock.com/

1 Backwards Clock
$18.99

With the Backwards Clock, the hour, minute and second hands move backward to give you the extra time you need. The numbers on this 10-1/2" (26.7 cm) plastic clock are arranged in opposite positions counterclockwise to help you keep track of how much time you’re saving. The Official Left Handed Persons Clock. PLASTIC FACE Requires one AA battery (not included.)
There is nothing wrong with this clock; it tells perfect time in a Mirror. With the Reverse Clock, the hour, minute and second hands move backwards. The numbers on this 10-1/2" (26.7 cm) plastic clock are arranged in reverse to help you keep track of how much time you’re saving. GLASS FACE. Requires one AA battery (not included.)

i have read somewhere that u shouldn't place a mirror in front of ur bed.

mirrors as far as fengshui is concerned is a tricky thing. it is used both to absorb and reflect/ bounce off energy. when a mirror reflects a bed (even indirectly), it sorta makes a door for the energy in front of it go thru... so if you are sleeping, you sorta go into this door... it is sorta like you dying... that is why it is bad fengshui. but most fengshui books dont explain you this.

mirrors do not make husbands and wives fight. doors in direct path with each other can make you fight with the occupant of the other room, if your door and that person's door are in direct path.

Feng Shui may be an ancient Chinese philosophy, but all those who believe that nature plays an important part in our lives practice it. Feng Shui propagates a regular and unobstructed flow of positive energy or 'chi', in the places we live or work. It believes in harmonising the natural elements of wind, and water with our everyday lives. It also stresses upon acquiring good luck through the natural elements of life.

Feng Shui plays an important part in designing the structure of our homes, and offices, as well as in our interior design. The concepts of Feng Shui are based upon simple things like avoiding clutter in the house, which traps energy, and to avoid any type of interior decoration, which builds isolated energy pockets. According to this theory, if 'chi' is trapped in our homes, then that are the sign of bad luck, and other negative effects in our lives.

Curtains are an important part of our soft furnishings. There significance is enhanced by the fact that they are usually hung in places, which are some sort of entrances to our homes or offices: doors and windows. Energy flows in a building through doors and windows, therefore curtains should be chosen according to the principles of Feng Shui.

One should follow the basic rules of Feng Shui, which are outlined as under:

1.	Curtains should be opened at daytime to allow sunlight and fresh air in the room.

2.	Darkness is associated with evil and bad luck; therefore, curtains should be closed at night.

3.	The windows should open outwards, and in case they open inwards, then care should be taken they are not west open. The West direction is considered to bring death or the ending point of anything in the life of a person. Block the negative Chi with a mirror on the window, or by planting a plant with round leaves outside your window.

4.	Curtain rings and accessories should be made up of natural fiber, preferably wood. Plastic items should not be used at all.

5.	Curtains should be wide, and long enough to cover the windows completely, and reach the floor.

6.	There should be curves and flair in the curtains, even when they are closed.

7.	Curtains should have smooth movement while opening and closing.

8.	Curtains should be kept clean. Dirty curtains will destroy positive energy that is entering the room.

9.	The colours and material of the curtains should be chosen according to the weather and season.

10.	Your windows are considered as good Feng Shui if they are arch-shaped or octagonal.

11.	Limp curtains hanging on either side of the windows are simply bad Feng Shui. Tie up your curtains, when you pull them aside.

Feng Shui is not just a philosophy. It is more about bringing man closer to nature. Following the principles of Feng Shui not only add apparent beauty, and a sense of order in our homes, but brings in the elements of peace, love, harmony, and tranquility in our homes.

Times are bad nowadays. Many are retrenched, while others are losing money in their investments. Since everyone is looking to have more money, I feel that this article has come at the right time. Feng Shui is related to health and wealth. In this article, I will share with you how you can use Feng Shui to improve your wealth luck. Even if you don't make it big, you can still minimise your losses.

In Feng Shui, Water represents wealth or money. Whenever there is water surrounding a property, there is always wealth. Besides the fact that the rich people can afford waterfront properties, it is also due to the "water" which brings them their wealth luck.

From a Feng Shui point of view, it is very unfair for the poor as they have less choices when it comes to choosing their home. The rich can afford to live in places with good Feng Shui which brings them wealth luck while the poor have to stay in places where nothing much can be done about the Feng Shui.

A few years ago, a client staying on a landed property asked me to look at the Feng Shui of his house. After taking a look at the exterior, I told him that nothing much needs to be done as the Feng Shui is already optimised.

After some time, a friend recommended another client to me. This client was staying in a small apartment. After checking the directions and the apartment, I suggested that he move out. The door was directly in front of the lift, and the flat was at the end of a long corridor. Besides that, the directions were unfavorable for him.

He told me that it was impossible for him to move out as he was under a tight budget. I understood his position and gave him a list of things which he could improve. Unfortunately, the effect is minimal as the root cause is still present.

I need to explain here that I am not belittling people who stay in small apartments. It is just very difficult to change and optimise the Feng Shui of flats and apartments as everything is more or less "fixed". This is why I said it was very unfair for the poor. However, don't worry if you are staying in a place with poor Feng Shui and can't move house. I will teach you later how you can "use" the Feng Shui of the rich to benefit yourself.

Let me move on...

There are 2 types of "Water" in Feng Shui. They are the "Real Water" and the "Virtual Water". What is the difference between them?"Real Water" refers to swimming pools, streams, rivers, the sea, fountains or ponds. "Virtual Water" refers to roads, paths, walkways, lanes and alleys. It is not enough to just have "water" outside your house. Certain conditions have to be met before the "water" can work its magic in bringing you more wealth luck.

First condition, the "water" must be at the correct direction. From 1984 to 2003, it is the period of 7. The "water" must at the East for the occupants of the house to prosper. From 2004 to 2023, it is the period of 8. In this period, the "water" must be at the Southwest of the exterior of the house in order for the occupants to prosper.

Applying this information practically, if there is "water" at the Southwest direction, outside your house, you will prosper during this period, all the way till 2023. In this case, the "water" refers to both "virtual" and "real" water. This means that if there is a pond, river, stream, road, path, fountain or swimming pool at the Southwest of the exterior your house, you will prosper.

Next condition, the "water" must be S-shaped. When the "water" is S-shaped, it causes the energy to meander, thereby bringing wealth luck. If the "water" is straight, the energy travels in a straight line which signifies "easy come, easy go" in terms of wealth. The road, path, stream or river should be S-shaped instead of straight. For swimming pools and ponds, they should be kidney-shaped instead of being rectangular, squarish or triangular.

The last condition is that the "water" must be clear. This condition only applies to "Real Water". You may be living near a big drain. If the water in the drain is murky and smelly, your wealth luck will be affected. This also applies to swimming pools and ponds. Do maintain them regularly if you can.

Clear and clean water also signifies good economy and a prospering nation. Look at Dubai and Japan, their "waters" are all very clear and clean. Before I end off, I promised to share something with you earlier on...

OK, so what can you do if you are staying at a place with poor Feng Shui and lack the means to move house? How can you "use" the rich peoples' Feng Shui to benefit you?

Let me share with you a simple secret. Just take a walk around the areas where the rich stay. When you spend more time in those areas, the Feng Shui of those areas will start affecting you. You might want to be hang around those areas a few times per week. You can take a walk or jog around those areas. In time to come, you will prosper as well.

I hope you have enjoyed this article. I wish you all the best in creating your own wealth luck. May you prosper.

Hey (= Dad recently finish the extension on our house and my new bedroom is all ready to paint. I was think of painting it a really light Yellow and/or Orange. Are yellow and orange good feng shui for the bedroom? If not...what is? Im not really into purple or blue though....

btw i think my bedroom is north-west. Not positive though.

You should first check which element is to be in this sector of the house. Use the 8 Mansions and the Flying Stars system of Feng Shui. Once you know which element you need, you can choose the appropriate color.

There is no good or bad color in Feng Shui. It is all a matter of element of the sector.

You'll find all information about it here as well as Feng Shui calculators:

With the holidays fast approaching, I am often asked "is there such a thing as a really good Feng Shui gift?" "What should I look for when trying to purchase a great Feng Shui gift for someone special on my list?" "Is there a terrific Feng Shui gift I can give my boss?" The gift list requests go on and on.

Yes, there are numerous great Feng Shui oriented gifts that can be purchased, in many cases for quite reasonable amounts of money - gifts that continue to give all year long. However, the first thing you need to know about gift giving is the criteria or process for choosing a gift to give.

Give a Gift Your Recipient would love to Receive

Many people assume that you can simply go to a store, pick out something that you would like to give another person, buy it, wrap it and give it to them. Well, that may work for some but the secret in gift giving is in knowing what the other person would love to receive, not what you would love to give them. There is a vast difference between these two options.

Choose all of your gifts based on knowing that the recipient would love to receive the gift you've chosen. For example, you may see a beautiful porcelain piece that you think would look perfect on your friend's coffee table. But, you forget to take into consideration that your friend does not like anything even remotely resembling a knick-knack or more currently referred to as a "dustable." All of your time, hard earned money and good intentions are wasted because, even though your friend will appreciate the thought behind the gift, she or he will certainly not appreciate your gift sitting on his or her coffee table taking up space and needing dusting every week.

Great Feng Shui Gifts

Now that you know the secret for giving the perfect gift, below are seven ideas that would make great positive energy gifts to bestow upon your family and friends.

1. Since gift giving is all about relationships, especially your relationship with the recipient, give a gift that is symbolic of a good relationship such as two tickets to a movie or the theater you can share. Or, if the recipient is a family member, parent or spouse, give a beautifully framed picture of you or you and the family or you and your spouse at a very joy filled event. If the gift is for a sweetheart you might consider a lovely double heart shaped crystal bud vase with two fresh roses in his or her favorite color and a promise to fill it once a week for the next three months.

2. Create a Money Pot as a gift. Purchase a small attractive wooden container and place into it seven US silver dollar coins. You can also use the new US gold dollar coins or if the gift is for a lady, use the US Susan B. Anthony dollar coins. This should be placed in the southeast area of the living room or an office. This makes a great personal gift or a gift for your boss. For those that like plants, a money plant or indoor lucky bamboo would also serve the same purpose.

3. Feng Shui Music can be purchased at most music stores and online. There are a number of wonderful CDs available or check out Steve Halpern online. Any of his music will also work. This type of music can be played anytime and anywhere. It will lift the spirits, eliminate stress and nourish the soul.

4. A Photo Album filled with years of memories is a great positive energy gift. This works best if you obtain the album ahead of time and actually put together several pages of the album with great pictures of the recipient, you and anyone else the recipient is particularly fond of. Be sure to include pictures of a few places the recipient has also traveled that were filled with wonderful memories of past joy. Leave some pages empty for adding new pictures.

5. An indoor Tabletop Water Fountain placed near the front door encourages positive welcoming energy to enter the home or office. If it is placed in the north it also energizes career and Devine spiritualness. Make sure it has a pleasant sound but not overwhelming. If it makes no sound look for another style. Sound is as important as appearance.

6. Wind Chimes that hang outside near the front door encourage great new energy to enter the home. Once again sound is as important as appearance. Do not purchase something so loud that it will annoy the neighbors or your recipient. There are many hand tuned wind chimes available in garden stores along with unique ones made out of bamboo. The bamboo has an unusually soothing sound.

7. Purchase a day or a few hours at a Day Spa to provide the recipient a wonderfully soothing relaxed few hours. This can be as simple as a pedicure and manicure gift certificate, a full body massage or an extravagant gift certificate that includes a year of hair styling or maintenance. This gift just keeps on giving whether it is used immediately or three months from now when it might be needed the most.

Remember the secret to gift giving - give a gift your recipient will want and love, not one you want to give. Then try any of the above great positive energy Feng Shui gifts for loved ones, friends and hostess gifts throughout the holiday season or all year long.

is it ok to have a crystal in our entrance to our living room, and how does that coinside with feng shui?

it is a tiny crystal hanging from our archway into the living room. is this good feng shui or bad?

Feng shui was used by the Chinese and its precepts would tend to refer more to their country with sharp peaks, swirling winds and large rivers than it may to those living in a country with a different geography. It also incorporates their beliefs, so it may depend on whether you share these beliefs or inheritance, where you now live and the design of your house, street, town or wherever you live. Feng shui works in that planning your building, altering some minor points, and keeping it tidy do work on the way you feel, think and so act. AS few of us can afford to build to their own design we have to make do with what we have.

A crystal should be pleasant, especially if it catches the sun and so sparkles and as long as it does not hit anyone as they walk by. It draws in light which should lift your feelings.

You have not said what you think is the purpose, if any, of this crystal. If you wish to practice feng shui, think about the room adjacent to the living room and in what part of the house, regarding north, south, east or west, is the living room. These would all matter for feng shui.

What symbols are there on stamps and coins to represent England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales?

As far as i am aware, the only coins currently issued with different regional symbols are pound coins. The design is changed each year - you can find photos of the designs here:

http://www.ukcoinpics.co.uk/dec1p.html

and a history with a description of the coins here:

http://www.coins-of-the-uk.co.uk/dec1p.html

The symbols used on regional definitive stamps were:
Wales - dragon

http://www.collectgbstamps.co.uk/displayset.asp?setid=469

Scotland - lion
Northern Ireland - red hand of Ulster

In 1999 regional definitives were replaced by Country Definitives. First introduced in 1999 to replace regional stamps, Country Definitives feature four stamps; one featuring each of the countries respective national emblems, the other three featuring iconic images from each country. To achieve this, the Queen’s Head is reduced in size and placed in the top right hand corner of the stamp.

As you learn more about Feng Shui you discover that the same few tools are used time and time again to produce the desired balance and harmony in one's home. Items such as mirrors and lights are thought to not only to attract great luck and prosperity but also give out positive energy thereby having a positive effect on the home overall. Wind chimes, bells and plants are other items that are used repeatedly to deflect sha chi and encourage positive chi to circulate effectively around your home.

Feng Shui partly consists of common sense. If something just doesn't look right or feel right in a room, then the chances are it won't have good Feng Shui. Given that, it's important to note that it is at your discretion what objects you use, and there are many that would work in your home. As long as they fit in and compliment the other shapes and objects as well as adhere to the basic principals of Feng Shui then you won't go too far wrong.

Lights and Mirrors

These are the most common addition to a room in order to remove any bad or hostile sha chi and replace it with positive energy. The shiny surface of a mirror reflects the light and energy back into the room ensuring none escapes and is wasted. Mirrors should never directly face either the front door to your home or your bed in the main bedroom as this is inauspicious. Lights or candles must have soft or rounded edges and should be fairly bright although not glaringly so and as this will create too much chi which is detrimental to the overall effect.

Wind Chimes

Wind chimes are commonly used in Feng Shui and are strongly linked to creating wealth for you and your family. They help to encourage the circulation of the air in a room, the movement of which allows energy to gather and multiply and If the rods of the chimes are hollow then the positive chi will rise to the top of them and settle evenly throughout the room. The constant circulation of the air in a room also ensures that stagnant chi is unable to fester, and the pleasant melodic sounds produced by the chimes act as an energizer to any stagnant chi that may be present.

Plants

Plants are a common tool used in Feng Shui and they are particularly representative of health, vitality and growth. It is vital however that only healthy plants are used as dead or dying plants represent death and decay and are therefore thought of as extremely inauspicious.

Large of broad leaved plants are the most suitable as they are the most effective in slowing down chi that could be moving too fast throughout your home.

The 8 Treasures

There are eight symbols of treasures that the Chinese consider to be extremely auspicious and consequently often display in their homes. It is thought that all 8 energize and activate the areas of good fortune and reputation.

The 8 treasures consist of a pearl, a mirror, a stone lozenge, a leaf, an ancient Chinese coin, a stone chime, two books and a rhinoceros' horn. A way to further enhance the effects of their positive energy is to tie individual pieces of red tape or ribbon around the items or display them on a red cloth or surface. The most popular item used is the Chinese gold coin which is circular with a square hole punched in the middle. The most effective chi is emitted if three or six coins are tied together with a piece of red string or ribbon. A pearl is another popular item and is often displayed being held by an ornamental dragon. Any object that is round can used as a symbol of the pearl and it is said to be representative of purity and great intelligence.

The 8 Auspicious Symbols

The 8 Auspicious Symbols are as follows: An umbrella, a wheel, a flag, a lotus flower, a fish, a knot, a conch shell and a jar.

These are different to the 8 treasures as they area mainly used by the followers of the Buddhist faith. Their belief is that these 8 symbols had been revealed as symbols on the soles of Buddha.

The fish or anything that represents a fish is the most commonly displayed symbol and is often found in Chinese restaurants and shops as the fish is thought to encourage customers to spend more freely. A fish tank is often positioned near the till in Chinese restaurants for exactly this reason.

I have just one final word on the use of Feng Shui tools; Never over-use any of them. Simply swamping your home with fish won't result in wealth arriving on your doorstep. Any tool that is over-used will negate any positive effects that would otherwise have been encouraged. It is essential that a room looks and feels right on entering, with no one item dominating or being used too frequently. All interiors must work well together and compliment one another.

To see more of your face, should you hold the mirror closer or farther away, or would you have to have a large

Hold a pocket mirror almost at arm’s length from your face and note how much of your face you can see. To see more of your face, should you hold the mirror closer or farther away, or would you have to have a larger mirror?

Hah, interesting question! (But couldn't you do this experiment yourself in the bathroom for example?)

It's actually not true that increasing the distance will necessarily increase the amount you see in the mirror! Infact, provided the mirror's surface is completely flat, the largest area you can POSSIBLY see in a mirror, is twice the area of the mirror.

This is a simple question of reflection. Imagine a mirror 20cm tall. Assume the top of the mirror is exactly at eye-level. This means that whatever distance away you are, looking at the very top of the mirror will show you your eyes!
Okay, now imagine looking at the very bottom of the mirror. Because the line of sight travels down 20cm before it hits the mirror, and because the line is perfectly straight, the point of your body you will see in the reflection will be 40cm below your eyes.

Imagine making the distance longer... it makes no difference. Light travels in a straight line so you always see a point 40cm below your eyes.
And if you make the distance much shorter... same! The angle has increased, but the distance has also decreased and you see a point 40cm below your eyes.

It's the same in the horizontal and the vertical direction... so the AREA you see in any mirror, is exactly twice the area of the mirror. If somebody tries to tell you otherwise... they're wrong ;o)

*Note. This works only for flat mirrors, and assumes that the object you look at is yourself. Obviously if you're looking at something in the distance it will appear smaller - just as if you were looking directly at it.

Feng Shui provides some interesting information about mirrors--whether using them is advisable and why the reflections they create have the potential to wreak energetic havoc in the bedroom. Here are some Feng Shui mirror tips and guidelines you can follow to create healthier Chi and the energy of rest and rejuvenation in one of your most sacred spaces, the bedroom.

So the big question you may have at this point-"is it good Feng Shui to have a mirror in my bedroom?" The answer is yes, there can be some benefits but there are also energetic drawbacks and steps you can take to minimize negative Sha Chi.

1. One major faux pas is to have a mirror directly facing your bed or a large mirror in your headboard. Master practitioners teach that having a mirror directly in line with the bed causes restlessness, confusion and an inability to get a proper night's sleep. If possible, rearrange your bedroom furniture so that no mirror is facing the bed head on.

2. There is a strong belief that mirrors in the bedroom can play a part in breaking up an otherwise happy marriage or union. Mirrors potentially attract the bad luck energy of infidelity by introducing another person into the relationship, according to many teachers.

3. Mirrors contain the energy of the water element in Feng Shui. Too much water in the bedroom can cause a 'dampening' of your relationship and also your spirits. If your bedroom is located in the fame and illumination region of the Bagua map, placing a mirror in the room can put out the natural fire energy you are looking to foster here.

Luckily, it is not necessary to remove mirrors altogether from your bedroom, in order to cure these energetic problems. One easy solution is to cover a mirror during sleeping hours. Consider having an attractive fabric created that can easily slip over the mirror at night.

One of the biggest benefits for having a mirror in your bedroom is for the multiplying of yang energy that comes into the room in the form of sunlight. Many bedrooms have mirrors installed on their closet doors, making it handy for checking one's clothing choices and appearance.

If possible, cover mirrored closet doors with tasteful drapes anytime you retreat to your bedroom for rest and rejuvenation. Just remember what goals you are looking to achieve in your bedroom with Feng Shui. Reduce any negative affects mirrors can potentially have on your ability to rest well.

Cover your bedroom mirrors to foster passion, romance and strengthen the intimate bond with your soul mate, or in cases where one partner is tempted by an affair, the best option may be to remove the mirror from the room.

Many people are attracted to Feng Shui and for many good reasons. While most simply believe that it is just some oriental superstitious set of ideas on interior design (but that is just part of the extensive definition for Feng Shui), the Feng Shui that we know today is actually made up of various schools of thought and incorporates the different cultures under which it was born.

A primary benefit to the varying options available in Feng Shui is that even beginners can grasp and apply it's methods with ease in their homes without having to blow the budget. Additionally, there are advantages unique to Feng Shui that can be incorporated if you're willing to learn with an open mind and willing hands.

Bringing balance is the key. Have you ever found yourself completely overwhelmed with unending junk and completely stressed out of your mind? It's likely that you are suffering from a visual imbalance in your surroundings. The best way to infuse a sense of balance is by bringing together elements that provide you with a grip of control in the outer balance of things. If you can create some semblance of balance harmony in trivial things like your furniture, you are sure to find that creating balance in other aspects of your life equally manageable.

It helps you to focus on the details. Mindfulness in the small things can be a very good thing. Many people tend to focus on the large things in life so much that even the minor details like how you arrange your home or office seem to be lost. When these "minor" aspects of life continually get put on the back burner they tend to build up and produce a stressful environment which will accumulate into other problems complicating your life.

It opens more possibilities to meet new people. Meeting new people and making new friends is another advantage applying Feng Shui in your life. When you utilize Feng Shui you'll be able to locate other persons within your social circles who enjoy similar ideas and will even help you to expand your knowledge of Feng Shui.

It gives a fresh perspective on things. At any given time, a fresh perspective is always welcome. This positive perspective can invite changes for the better. A new way of looking at home arrangement, for example, may actually serve to benefit you in the long run. The fresh perspective brought about by Feng Shui can actually bring about an enrichment of one?s mind.

Inviting success and abundance. The primary goal of Feng Shui is to invite all good possibilities into your life. Success and abundance will feel within your reach and a prosperous outlook can be expected if Feng Shui is practiced correctly.

Increased aesthetic appeal. Beyond all the listed benefits of Feng Shui, the top would surely be its natural beauty. The aesthetic appeal of a properly decorated and organized home, incorporated with good Feng Shui technique, can be a legacy that may transcend generations and promote beauty in all other aspects of your life.

The symbol of Feng Shui comes in different manners. Different Feng Shui symbols bring good fortune and good luck. It is important that these symbols are strategically placed in your home to obtain good fortune. Below are some symbol of Feng Shui that will generally provide you with good fortune and good luck.

The Good Luck Symbolic Coins

By giving three good luck coins that are tied using a red ribbon, the receiver and the giver will both obtain positive luck and good fortune. The sharing of the coins generally means sharing luck and wealth.

Moon Frog (Three-Legged)

This is another symbol of Feng Shui that effectively improves prosperity and good luck. This frog is holding a coin using its mouth and must be placed right on the front part of your home and have to face to the house. The frog is a symbol that is a very significant demonstration of fortune and wealth. Also, this is also directly coupled with a person having a long life.

The Dragon Turtle

This symbol of Feng Shui is suitable for making a business fruitful. This will also help develop relationships with the people around you. This Feng Shui symbol should be placed in your home's prosperity corner, particularly in the South-East area. Additionally, this symbol is a representation of a fruitful and long life.

The Golden Cat

Generally symbolizing protection and abundance, this statue is a very unique symbol of Feng Shui. On a side of the symbol is a smiling Cat, holding up the left paw to attract money and good fortune. On its other side is frowning, a broom in hand, symbolizing protection. The broom significantly represents sweeping away all your troubles.

The Golden Pigs

A golden pig symbolizes happiness and prosperity to your home. This symbol of Feng Shui also represents diligence, initiative, and honesty. Using golden pigs is very suitable if you are just setting up your new home or starting a new business.

Three Star Gods

This is the most hallowed symbol of Feng Shui Gods. The three Gods represent longevity, wealth, and health.

Bells

These symbols are best when hung outside your door. They should be facing between the West and the North. These bells effectively ring in new and better prosperities. On some other parts of your house, you can also place crystal or ceramic bells.

The Wealth Bucket

The bucket is made of metal. Fill it with coins before placing them on a corner of your home, specifically North West. Never display the bucket. Instead, keep it inside a drawer or a cabinet.

Indoor Plants

Indoor plants are also good Feng Shui symbols. To increase wealth, place them inside your home, specifically in the South East corner.

Fish

Fish is another symbol of Feng Shui that provides prosperity. By placing three similar gold fish into a bowl, experts believe that it can bring in good fortune and wealth into your business or your home.

Understand what every symbol of Feng Shui represents before you buy them for your home or business so that you will not have a hard time finding the right one for good fortune.
