Bloke gets horrifically injured in a road accident. In the recovery room the doc tells him that the medical staff did wonders with the surgery but it has left him without any ears. The only offer they could give him for replacement ears are a dog’s ear and a pig’s ear. He agrees to the operation and it was a success.
Six months later he visits the doc so that they could monitor his condition. When asked about the ears he says, “Well, the dogs ear, perfect, I can hear a pin drop over a mile away”
‘Wow’, the doc replies ‘and the pigs ear?’
